Job Context:
∎ Shift: Day
∎ Time: 11 am - 7 pm.
∎ Location: Gulshan
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer Questions Online (Whatsapp Inbox)
∎ Answer Calles and log them in the logbook of Gulshan.
∎ Call and text patients to remind them of their appointments.
∎ Schedule appointments from the Called numbers and emails and log them in the logbook provided and the software.
∎ Following on the taken, cancelled, and not confirmed appointments.
∎ Completing task logs and physically submitting work reports on a daily basis.
∎ Ensure that patients are assisted and represented at all times.
∎ Provide backups for both CSO and Pharmacy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The relevant service period should be at least two years.
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Communication skills must be fluent.
∎ Must be dedicated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to handle patients with a smile and calmness at all times.
∎ The ability to handle a cash register and a billing system is a must.
