Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supports service team by installing, testing, calibrating, and repairing Medical equipment training users; and maintaining safe operations.
∎ Install new equipment (AC, Medical machinery, and others) by conducting tests, establishing, adjusting, calibrating, and testing performance.
∎ Must have knowledge of air-conditioning installment and repair.
∎ Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests, and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions.
∎ Work with experienced field engineers on basic troubleshooting and service repair needs on designated equipment.
∎ Learn to effectively communicate with the doctors and nurses of both branches to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to Patient satisfaction.
∎ Conducting repairs on machinery/ equipment products, organizing and maintaining spare parts inventory, and reporting properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ An experience of at least two years in a relevant field in hospitals or clinics is required.
