We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accountant, HR & Admin professional who will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting operations, human resource functions, and administrative activities. The role requires ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and financial regulations while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Accounting & Finance
Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and cash/bank transactions
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle VAT, Tax, TDS, and ensure compliance with NBR regulations
Manage bill payments, supplier invoices, and expense controls
Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with auditors
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Human Resources (HR)
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll support
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
Prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law
Support performance appraisal and HR policy implementation
Administration
Manage office administration, supplies, and asset records
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and utility services
Maintain official documents, licenses, and renewals
Support management with administrative reports and coordination
Ensure proper office discipline and internal communication
Assist management in policy development and reporting
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as required
Working knowledge of ERP software for accounting, HR, and administrative operations
Ability to maintain financial records, payroll, inventory, and employee data using ERP systems
