Responsibilities & Context:
  • Verify and accurately record all financial transactions in the accounting software on a daily basis.

  • Check and verify all bills and vouchers ensuring proper approval, supporting documents, and compliance with company policies before processing payments.

  • Manage disbursement of monthly cash salary, overtime, and other allowances while maintaining proper documentation and records.

  • Maintain VAT-related documentation (Mushak 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3) in compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Prepare regular reports on cash transactions and submit to management as required.

  • Monitor, recover, and adjust employee cash advances/IOUs according to the approved adjustment schedule.

  • Maintain proper cash book, vouchers, and supporting documents in line with internal control procedures.

  • Conduct periodic inventory audits at the LPG plant/factory premises to ensure stock accuracy and proper reconciliation.

  • Ensure compliance with internal control policies and assist during internal and external audit processes.

  • Perform any other accounts related tasks assigned by management from time to time.
