• To be sincere, honest, and possess sound knowledge in Accounts.

• Must have politeness and patience.

• Must be well sound computer literacy in MS Word, Advance Excel, Both Bangla & English Typing, internet browsing and Accounting Software.

• Strong Team Player with Proactive interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Ability to work under pressure within deadlines.

• Maintaining Accounting proficiency.

• Supervise daily expenses, vouchers, checking bills and daily cash transactions; Accurate and complete bills should be prepared for each job.

• Timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in line with the organizational system.

• Cost control and monitoring daily cash expenses

• Prepare daily fund requisitions and pay orders accordingly.

• Have to maintain petty cash and oversee the entire accounts department as an Accounts Manager.

• Maintain banking functions independently, keeping in contact with our partners and banks regarding financial issues.

• All types of documents related to the company should be updated promptly by talking to the management.

• Having Good Knowledge about VAT & TAX.

• Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management from time to time.
