Maintain daily accounting records and ensure accurate financial documentation.

Handle cash collection, payments, cash book, and petty cash management where applicable.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Perform bank, customer, supplier, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain VAT records, prepare VAT Challan, Mushak forms, VAT returns, and ensure compliance with NBR regulations.

Verify and reconcile cash balances, bank statements, and accounting records.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities when required.

Ensure all financial transactions are properly authorized, recorded, and documented.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Work with accounting software (Tally/ERP) and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and record keeping.

Stay updated with accounting standards, VAT laws, and company policies.

Perform any other accounts and finance-related duties assigned by the management.

Preferred Requirements

Bachelor's/BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance.

Experience: 1–3 years (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP) will be an added advantage.

Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
