Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
1. Voucher Management: check and prepare debit, credit, and journal vouchers with proper supporting documents with zero errors.
2. Manual Cash Management: Maintain and update the manual cash book and general ledger on a daily basis ensuring zero errors.
3. Accounts Payable/ Receivable: Monitor Outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery and vendor payments.
4. Maintain day to day accounts and ensure all financial transaction are recorded accurately in the accounting software (ERP/ Tally)
5. Audit Support: Provide necessary documents and support during inter audit.
6. Prepare and post daily accounting entries.
7. Prepare monthly closing schedules and supporting documents.
8. Assist in preparation of Financial Statements.
9. Assist in VAT and Tax compliance activities.
10. Other, assign by management.
