Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
ACA/FCA/ACMA/FCMA will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead and oversee Finance, Accounts, Costing, Budgeting, Tax, VAT, Audit, Treasury, and Internal Control functions.

  • Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, business plans, and management reports.

  • Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and capital expenditure planning.

  • Lead all treasury-related activities, including fund management, banking operations, loan and working capital management, foreign trade (Import/Export), LC operations, foreign exchange transactions, and relationships with banks and financial institutions.

  • Evaluate investment opportunities, financial risks, and capital structure to maximize business value.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS), Bangladesh Accounting Standards (BAS), Income Tax, VAT, Companies Act, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong internal control systems, financial governance, and risk management practices.

  • Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director, CEO, and Board of Directors.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Support business expansion, investment decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
