• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, inventory, and compliance processes.

• Evaluate internal control systems and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Assist in developing annual and periodic audit plans.

• Verify financial records, transactions, supporting documents, and operational activities.

• Identify audit findings, control weaknesses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Develop, review, and improve business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.

• Identify process gaps and recommend process development initiatives to improve productivity, compliance, and risk management.

• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.

• Coordinate with different departments during audit assignments and provide advisory support.

• Prepare audit reports with practical recommendations for management.

• Assist management in fraud prevention, risk assessment, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
