Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Accounts, or Finance.
Experience in a reputed manufacturing or multinational company is preferred.
Strong analytical, reporting, and financial review skills are required.
Additional Requirements:
Preferred age: 40 years and above.
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Internal Controls, VAT, Tax, and Compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and financial reporting systems.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct internal audit of all financial and operational activities.
Review and analyze accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and financial transactions.
Verify expenditures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare management reports, audit reports, and financial analysis reports.
Monitor internal controls and identify financial risks.
Review inventory, procurement, sales, and operational records.
Coordinate with management regarding audit findings and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, VAT, and accounting requirements.
Perform any other accounts and audit-related duties assigned by management.
