Responsibilities & Context: Job Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Marketing & Sales Professional to promote and expand our Industrial Flooring Chemicals business. The candidate will play a key role in identifying new clients, maintaining relationships with industrial customers, contractors, and consultants, and achieving sales growth through effective marketing and technical communication.
This position requires a blend of technical understanding, field marketing, and sales strategy — suitable for those with experience in Epoxy, PU, ESD, or other industrial flooring systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Activities
- Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and warehouse sectors.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Promote Epoxy Flooring, PU Flooring, ESD Flooring, and Protective Coatings to contractors, architects, engineers, and end-users.
- Visit potential clients, construction sites, and factories for product presentation and business development.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build partnerships with consultants, applicators, and procurement departments.
- Handle client inquiries, follow up on quotations, and close deals efficiently.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business prospects.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management.
- Collect feedback from clients and the market to improve product performance and service quality.
Coordination & Teamwork
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution and delivery schedules.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Product Development teams to meet market needs.
