Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Marketing & Sales Professional to promote and expand our Industrial Flooring Chemicals business. The candidate will play a key role in identifying new clients, maintaining relationships with industrial customers, contractors, and consultants, and achieving sales growth through effective marketing and technical communication.

This position requires a blend of technical understanding, field marketing, and sales strategy — suitable for those with experience in Epoxy, PU, ESD, or other industrial flooring systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Activities

  • Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and warehouse sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Promote Epoxy Flooring, PU Flooring, ESD Flooring, and Protective Coatings to contractors, architects, engineers, and end-users.
  • Visit potential clients, construction sites, and factories for product presentation and business development.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build partnerships with consultants, applicators, and procurement departments.
  • Handle client inquiries, follow up on quotations, and close deals efficiently.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business prospects.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management.
  • Collect feedback from clients and the market to improve product performance and service quality.

Coordination & Teamwork

  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution and delivery schedules.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and Product Development teams to meet market needs.
