Job Context

We are a growing food packaging and distribution company dealing with edible oil, masala (spices), sugar, tea, and other grocery products.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, dealer network, and market expansion activities.

The candidate must have strong field experience in FMCG sales, dealer management, and distribution channel development.

Work Location: Puzkra, Nangalkot, Comilla (Near Laksham)
(Field visits required)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share

  • Build and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer network

  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement

  • Supervise and guide Sales Representatives / SR team

  • Identify new markets and business opportunities

  • Maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

  • Coordinate with production and accounts departments

  • Ensure proper collection from customers and reduce outstanding dues

  • Monitor competitor pricing and market activities

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

  • Support management with cost-based pricing updates.
