Responsibilities & Context:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
· Build and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer network
· Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement
· Supervise and guide Sales Representatives / SR team
· Identify new markets and business opportunities
· Maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
· Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
· Support management with cost-based pricing updates.
