Job Context

We are a growing food packaging and distribution company dealing with edible oil, masala (spices), sugar, rice, and other grocery products.

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Representatives (SR) to expand our dealer and retail network and increase product sales in the local market.

📍 Work Area: Comilla, Laksham, Nangalkot and nearby areas
🏢 Base Location: Puzkra, Nangalkot, Comilla


Job Responsibilities

• Visit retailers and wholesalers daily to collect orders

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and shop owners

• Introduce new products to the market

• Collect payments from customers as per company policy

• Monitor market demand and competitor activities

• Submit daily sales reports to Sales Manager

• Ensure proper product display and visibility in shops

• Increase distribution coverage in assigned territory
