Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Beverage

• Age 25 to 55 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience as an Accountant
• Experience in manufacturing / food processing / FMCG sector will be an advantage.
• Must have hands-on experience with TallyPrime.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (daily reports, stock sheets, summaries).
• Good understanding of factory-based accounting.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of VAT & tax will be an advantage.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Willing to work on-site at the factory location.

Job Context

We are a growing food packaging and distribution company dealing with products such as edible oil, spices (masala), sugar, rice, and other FMCG items. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounts, inventory-related accounting, and financial records using TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel.

The position is factory-based at Puzkra, Nangalkot, Comilla (near Laksham).

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records using TallyPrime.

• Record daily production, packaging, and stock movements.

• Manage raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inventory accounting.

• Handle sales, delivery, and collection accounting.

• Maintain customer and supplier ledger accounts.

• Reconcile bank statements and cash books regularly.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

• Track accounts receivable and payable.

• Support purchase entries, sales invoices, and VAT-related documentation.

• Monitor factory expenses, transportation, and delivery costs.

• Assist management with financial summaries and decision support.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

• Coordinate with store, production, and sales teams for accurate data.
