Responsibilities & Context:
You will drive sales growth across luxury real estate and lifestyle migration services for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) seeking premium property investments and residency/relocation solutions. Your focus is to acquire, advise, and retain elite clients who want integrated property, lifestyle, and migration outcomes.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow HNWI portfolios in luxury residential and investment-grade properties in key markets.
• Sell end-to-end lifestyle migration solutions in coordination with licensed migration professionals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with private clients, family offices, and referral partners (wealth managers, lawyers, migration agents, developers.
• Lead high-end property presentations, private inspections, and bespoke investment proposals, including pricing guidance and ROI discussions.
• Conduct needs analysis on clients’ lifestyle, asset-protection and migration goals to recommend tailored property and migration pathways.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying through to negotiation, contract execution, and post-sale follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal migration and legal teams to ensure advice remains compliant with relevant regulations and licensing frameworks.
• Represent the brand at exclusive events, investment forums, and private client functions to generate new HNW leads.
• Use CRM systems to manage pipelines, track deal stages, and report on revenue, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
