About You:

We are looking for a dynamic professional with exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate enthusiasm and confidence in engaging with students, their families, and educational institutions. You should possess a comprehensive understanding of the education sector and its current trends, along with experience in consultation and/or sales, preferably within an educational context. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently are essential, as well as excellent time management skills with a proven track record of prioritising tasks to meet deadlines. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work. 

Job responsibilities:

The objectives related to the job role of Application Support Officer, shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Review student applications from partner agencies to ensure they meet UK institution admission requirements.

  • Communicate with agencies and students to resolve missing or incorrect information and ensure high-quality submissions.

  • Submit accurate and complete applications to partner institutions within required timelines.

  • Serve as the primary communication point for agencies regarding application status, document requirements, and course information.

  • Manage and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Update and maintain accurate data and application outcomes in the Application Gateway system.

  • Ensure system data hygiene through regular checks and updates.

  • Conduct web research on UK institutions, courses, and entry requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure intake dates, entry requirements, and course details are correct and up to date.

  • Assist the Line Manager with generating reports and analyzing application-related data.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.

  • Identifying, and managing new and existing clients

  • Managing the CRM system; whilst ensuring all relevant customer data is processed onto the system accurately

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Target-driven and capable of working within a fast-paced environment

  • Good cultural awareness, and confidence working with students/colleagues/partners from around the globe.

  • Ability to self-motivate and self-manage your own student portfolio through positive relationship management.

  • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy.
