Experience:
Masters/MBA major in Marketing from a reputed University with B.Sc in Textile Engineering is Preferable.
Familiar in MS office and software operation.
Excellent Communication Skill.
Leadership quality.
Communication Skill English must.
Assist to prepare detail Business Plan and formulate Sales & Marketing strategies for Jute Division.
Analyze market trends and provide feedback, recommend marketing and business development strategies.
Plan, prepare and implement monthly/quarterly/yearly strategic marketing plan of Jute.
Ensure satisfaction of existing customers by executing of current orders and generate repeat orders.
Search, contact and develop relationships and long-term cooperation with the new customers for Jute yearn.
Regular customer visit to ensure seamless communication with the buyers.
Continuous monitoring of competitors activities and reporting with the recommendation to make sales and marketing strategy.
Price negotiation, order placement and order sheet control in consultation with the Management.
Follow up with the commercial department for all commercial documents.
Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region and ensure order collection and sales in maximum number.
Coordinate and work closely with other cross-functional sections/teams.
Prepare reports of weekly and monthly orders for production, sales and payment issues.
Monthly sales report preparation and submission to the Management.
Any other related work assigned by the management.
Others as per company policy.
