Responsibilities & Context:
HireAxies is a growing overseas recruitment & visa consultancy company based in Bangladesh, working with Europe, Middle East & Asia markets.
Team Size: 10+
🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation: Script, shoot, and edit engaging Reels, TikToks, and Shorts to promote overseas job circulars and visa updates.
Lead Generation: Use your videos to attract high-quality candidates and build a consistent pipeline for our services.
Sales & Follow-up: Proactively call clients, collect leads, and follow up to ensure conversion targets are achieved.
Platform Management: Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Collaboration: Coordinate with our HR and Recruitment teams to understand specific manpower requirements.
Performance Tracking: Monitor views, leads, and applications to optimize content for maximum ROI.
