Job Description:
Lead and manage overall finance, Accounts and costing functions at factory
Develop and implement effective costing systems
Maintain the functional activities of Product costing & cost variance analysis to control the product cost factor
Planning, analyzing and collecting data to determine costs of production activity such as material purchase, inventory & others overhead
Monthly forecasting of sales, profitability, operating expenses & other cost reporting
Monitor raw material consumption, wastage and inventory control
Drive cost efficiency and cost reduction initiatives
Ensuring the strategy of cost-effective product development with competitive pricing
Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial plans
Collaborate with the production, procurement, & operation & process department to complete
Responsible for fund management & sourcing the fund in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation
Ensure quarterly and yearly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement, etc.) as per Bangladesh Accounting Standard (BAS) and report to the management
Exercise budgetary control to ensure that expenses do not exceed the budget
Monitor the proper maintenance of inventory records and fixed asset acquisition tracking
Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company law, etc.
Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies and establish strong internal control systems
Oversee audits (internal & external) and resolve audit findings with transparency
