Responsibilities & Context:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for E-Mobility, Tire, and Two/Three-Wheeler product portfolios.

  • Plan and manage product launch campaigns for new vehicle models, tires, and mobility solutions.

  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners to enhance brand visibility and sales.

  • Organize roadshows, test ride events, dealer meets, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

  • Coordinate ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities to increase customer engagement and lead generation.

  • Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and retail activation programs.

  • Monitor dealer branding, showroom visibility, POSM implementation, and merchandising standards.

  • Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for marketing collateral, advertising materials, and campaign execution.

  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI, customer feedback, and sales impact; prepare regular MIS reports.

  • Support pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.

  • Manage social media campaigns and digital content to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Assist in planning annual marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of promotional resources.

  • Track industry trends, government policies, and technological advancements related to electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, dealer outlets, and marketing activities.

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, After-Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful campaign execution and business growth.

  • Support customer engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and after-sales promotional activities.

  • Develop partnerships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and strategic stakeholders to expand market reach.

  • Monitor inventory movement and coordinate promotional activities to improve product turnover.

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
