• 3-4 years of experience in the recruiting agency, travel agency, or student consultancy industry

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet, and online tools)

• Good knowledge of online, such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and offline marketing

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills

• Honest, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing daily business operations

• Coordinate with clients, candidates, and international partners

• Lead and supervise the office team

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities

• Prepare reports and ensure smooth operational workflow

• Support business development and maintain high service standards
