About Paperless
Paperless Ltd is a licensed Payment System Operator (PSO) in Bangladesh, operating a live payment gateway that helps merchants accept digital payments securely. Under new ownership, we are building a strong in-house leadership team to scale our operations and deliver reliable, compliant payment services across the country.
The role
We are seeking a Head of Sales / Business Development to drive merchant acquisition and strategic partnerships for our payment gateway.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the merchant-acquisition strategy
Build partnerships with banks, card schemes and MFS providers
Lead the sales team and manage key accounts
Own revenue targets and the sales pipeline
Represent Paperless at industry and client engagements
