• 5+ years in marketing, including digital

• B2B or fintech marketing experience preferred

• Strong creative and analytical skills

About Paperless

Paperless Ltd is a licensed Payment System Operator (PSO) in Bangladesh, operating a live payment gateway that helps merchants accept digital payments securely. Under new ownership, we are building a strong in-house leadership team to scale our operations and deliver reliable, compliant payment services across the country.

The role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build the Paperless brand and drive demand generation as we grow our merchant base.

Key Responsibilities

• Own brand strategy and positioning

• Lead digital, content and campaign marketing

• Manage merchant and partner communications

• Support product marketing and go-to-market

• Track and report marketing performance
