Responsibilities & Context:
Parent Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding student progress and school updates.
Admissions Facilitator: Guide prospective families through school tours, enrollment, and policy orientation.
Student Advocate: Actively listen to student concerns and help maintain a positive, disciplined environment.
Bridge Coordinator: Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and coordinate school events.
Data Management: Maintain accurate communication logs, attendance tracking, and student records.
Resolution Lead: Handle feedback and complaints gracefully, escalating major issues to senior management.
