Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with customers through various channels.
Create new customer and visit existing customer.
Maintain all kinds of documentation.
Providing Rate (Monthly / weekly / Spot) to all concerns.
Booking follow-up, contacting shipper / buying house for booking (with all Proper information).
Responding Promptly to customer inquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction for export and import business for Sea, Air & multimodal transport.
Ensure follow-up with the vendor for custom status and shipping documents.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
Always Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
Provide regular feedback to supervisor and Management about shipment status.
Other work as assigned by the superior or Management as and when required.
