Experience:
Experience in the Automotive / EV / Renewable Energy industry will be an advantage.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and market expansion.
Experience in dealer/distribution network development preferred.
Experience working with international suppliers or import business is a plus.
Strong business development & strategic planning skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Market analysis and forecasting ability
Dealer & channel management expertise,
Ability to build corporate and government relationships, Knowledge of the Bangladesh market and customer behavior, Problem-solving and decision-making ability,
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Fluent in Bangla and English
Develop and execute business strategies to expand EV presence in Bangladesh
Identify new market opportunities (urban, semi-urban, rural)
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and customer demand
Prepare business plans and sales forecasts
Establish and manage a nationwide dealer/distributor network
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop B2B and B2G sales channels (corporate & government)
Build relationships with corporate clients (logistics, ride-sharing, delivery companies)
Explore partnerships with financial institutions for EMI/lease facilities
Coordinate with international suppliers/manufacturers (e.g., China-based EV companies)
Maintain communication with relevant authorities (BRTA, ministries, etc.)
Monitor EV-related policies, regulations, and incentives
Support participation in tenders and government projects
Identify opportunities for EV charging stations
Support planning for battery swapping or charging solutions
Coordinate with service teams to ensure strong after-sales support
Prepare regular reports (sales, market insights, dealer performance)
Present business updates to management
Work closely with sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams
Support training programs for dealers and sales staff
