Experience:

Knowledge of business visa processing, embassy procedures, and international travel coordination.

Manage the Chairman's daily schedule, calendar, appointments, meetings, and business engagements.
Draft, prepare, review, and maintain official correspondence, reports, presentations, agreements, and other corporate documents.
Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, supporting documents, presentations, and follow-up action items.
Monitor, track, and follow up on assignments, decisions, and pending tasks issued by the Chairman to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including: Flight bookings and hotel reservations; Visa application processing and documentation; business visa applications and embassy communications; Invitation letters, supporting documents, and travel itineraries; Liaison with embassies, high commissions, government authorities, and business partners regarding travel and visa-related matters.
Prepare business correspondence, reports, executive summaries, briefing notes, presentations, and confidential documents for meetings and official purposes.
Receive and welcome clients, government officials, foreign delegates, business partners, and visitors on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring professional protocol and hospitality.
Handle confidential agreements, legal documents, contracts, Memorandums of Understanding (MoU), corporate records, and other sensitive documents with the highest level of confidentiality.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between the Chairman and internal departments, subsidiaries, clients, suppliers, government agencies, regulatory authorities, embassies, and external stakeholders.
Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and electronic) for executive documents and confidential records.
Assist in preparing official notices, office orders, business proposals, and executive presentations as directed by the Chairman.
Perform research, collect business information, and prepare analytical reports required by the Chairman for strategic decision-making.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Chairman from time to time.
