Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Skills Required: Air Ticketing and Visa processing.,Coordinating

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 34 years
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and personnel file management.

  • Experience in foreign visa processing and documentation.

  • Excellent document control and record management skills.

  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

  • Good English writing and correspondence skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist the HR Manager in all HR and administrative activities.

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.

  • Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and exit processes.

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.

  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  • Handle visa application and renewal processes for foreign nationals and company representatives.

  • Coordinate with embassies, immigration authorities, travel agencies, and relevant government offices.

  • Prepare visa-related documents, invitation letters, NOCs, and supporting paperwork.

  • Maintain records of passports, visas, work permits, and travel schedules.

  • Assist in international travel arrangements, ticket booking, and accommodation coordination.

  • Any other task assigned by Management.
