MBA in Marketing ; background in Fine Arts will be an added advantage7–8 years of experience in strategic marketing, Stationery sector will be preferred Strong proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail Experience in handling field teams and target-driven environments



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead, monitor, and guide the School Team to achieve assigned goals

  • Ensure 100% school coverage and maintain strong relationships with schools

  • Develop and implement target-driven marketing plans

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (Offline + Digital)

  • Drive trade marketing initiatives including dealer/distributor engagement, in-store visibility, and promotional offers

  • Ensure strong branding consistency and brand positioning across all channels

  • Plan, execute, and supervise event activations, campaigns, and promotional activities

  • Ensure effective product promotion and brand positioning in schools

  • Identify new opportunities for market expansion and school onboarding

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and ensure quality execution

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights

  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporate clients, and retail partners

  • Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments for smooth execution

  • Ensure proper branding guidelines are followed in all activities

  • Train and develop team members to improve performance and productivity
