Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers across home (residential) and corporate segments within assigned territories
Generate qualified leads through field visits, area surveys, and local market networking
Execute cold outreach (in-person visits, calls, and messaging) to potential customers and convert prospects into paying clients
Conduct door-to-door sales activities in targeted zones to maximize customer acquisition
Visit corporate offices, shops, and commercial spaces to pitch customized internet solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and referrals
Clearly explain service features, pricing, and benefits to customers and handle objections effectively
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by management
Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and report daily activities to the team manager
Coordinate with technical/support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service activation
Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to improve sales strategy
