🔧 Job Responsibilities
MikroTik / Juniper router & switch configuration এবং troubleshooting
BGP, OSPF, VLAN, NAT, Firewall, QoS management
Fiber network monitoring, OTDR report analysis
NOC support ও live network issue resolve করা
Server, IP planning ও bandwidth management
ISP-level network stability নিশ্চিত করা
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years practical experience (ISP / NOC environment preferred)
Strong knowledge in MikroTik (must), Juniper (added advantage)
Clear understanding of BGP, IP routing, subnetting
Basic Linux / monitoring tools (Zabbix, LibreNMS হলে ভালো)
Pressure-এ কাজ করার মানসিকতা
🎓 Education
Diploma / BSc in CSE / EEE / Networking (Experience > Degree)
