• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent

• MS in Entomology / Plant Pathology - Preferred

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• 10 years of relevant experience in a reputed agrochemical company

• Proven leadership in handling regional sales opreations

• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, especially PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and in field conditions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
