To maintain all welfare-related issues.
To communicate with BGMEA and other stakeholders.
Workers’ training-related issues.
To maintain the all workers committee.
To look after workers’ facilities issues.
It is important to have knowledge about labor laws.
Others work as advised by the management from time to time.
