Skills Required: knit garments quality
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
Must have good knowledge of knit fabrics
Responsibilities & Context:
- To Understand fabric quality very well from all perspectives.
- Responsible for a 4-point inspection system of in-house fabrics Responsible for Fabric quality test: GSM, Shrinkage, Dia, shade etc., and maintaining test reports.
- Capable to making decisions on quality issues
- Communicate with Textile & Merchandiser regarding fabric issues
- Making a Decision Fabric quality is okay or not for further processing.
- Capable of set claim with textile for any fabric quality issues
- Ensure the right quality fabrics are delivered for cutting.
- Need to understand cutting consequence of poor-quality fabrics
- Cut panel quality inspection & responsible for replacement part cutting.
- Communicate with Textile for fabric quality
