Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor sewing Production Line.
Set up line target by proper line Balancing technique.
Daily make forecast target sheet, Head counting, Machine counting etc.
Taking the capacity study of full-line Every 3 days.
Taking the Production study of bottle neck process Every day.
Find out bottle neck area and clean-up bottleneck area.
Hourly Production Monitoring & help them Achieve the line Target.
Collect & Prepare daily Non-Productive time (NPT) report.
Improving Productivity through a detailed analysis of the process by process.
Collect Operation Bulletin & provide them (Especially floor in charge, Supervisor & maintenance Dept.) Before start layout.
Daily check Input Availability & communicate with supply chain management.
Check new operator skill test.
Monthly Skill Matrix Update
