• Age At least 27 years

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing/sales of Knitting Machine Needles in the Bangladesh market is preferred.

• Candidates with direct experience in Knitting Machine Needle sales and an established customer network in the Bangladesh knitting industry will receive preference.

• Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

• Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh knitting/textile market.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to travel throughout Bangladesh as required.

• Fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered for suitable entry-level opportunities.

• Develop and maintain business relationships with knitting factories, textile mills, and relevant customers.

• Promote and sell knitting machine needles across the Bangladesh market.

• Identify new customers, sales opportunities and market potential.

• Visit customers regularly, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate product solutions.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and support collection/follow-up as required.

• Provide market feedback, competitor information, and sales reports to management.
