• Strong technical and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Office, and project management software.

Job Context:

Sinha Knit Industries Ltd., one of the largest 100% export-oriented sweater manufacturing companies in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The position will be responsible for supervising and monitoring all civil construction, maintenance, and repair works within the factory premises. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction, renovation, and maintenance works.

• Ensure quality control and timely completion of all projects.

• Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and project schedules.

• Monitor contractors, vendors, and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Maintain safety and environmental compliance during all civil works.

• Inspect and report on factory infrastructure regularly.

• Coordinate with management regarding progress, issues, and requirements.
