Job Context

Sinha Knit Industries Ltd., a 100% export-oriented knitwear manufacturer, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Yarn Controller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and ensuring accurate handling of yarn inventory to support smooth production operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of yarn stock, receipts, and issues.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of yarn to avoid damage or wastage.

• Monitor daily yarn consumption against production requirements and report discrepancies.

• Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure timely supply of required yarn qualities and quantities.

• Conduct regular stock reconciliations and support annual/periodic inventory audits.

• Monitor yarn wastage, return, and leftover handling as per company policy.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, buyer requirements, and quality procedures.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports for management.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
