Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related field.
MBA or Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Professional training in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma preferred.

Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 45 years
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in knit garments manufacturing industry. At least 3–5 years in a senior management role (GM/AGM/DGM level).
Strong experience in factory operations and production management.
Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of knit garment production process.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Production planning and efficiency improvement expertise.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Context:
We are a large and well-established knit garments manufacturing factory committed to delivering high-quality apparel to global buyers. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee end-to-end production operations of knit garments factory.
2. Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
3. Coordinate with Planning, Merchandising, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Quality departments.
4. Improve production efficiency, line balancing, and overall productivity.
5. Ensure on-time shipment with required quality standards.
6. Implement lean manufacturing and cost control initiatives.
7. Monitor manpower planning and utilization.
8. Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, safety, and factory SOPs.
9. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
10. Prepare and present regular production and performance reports to management.
