We are looking a dynamic talent as Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager - Marketing & Merchandising experienced in Woven Shirt Marketing & Merchandising for our factory; Oxford Shirts Ltd.

Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Candidate must have sound knowledge of Woven Shirt.

• To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.

• To search and develop business with new buyers.

• Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.

• Supervise the costing and pricing of the products and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.

• Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, and lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.

• Monitoring the status of approval/pre-production/delivery/shipment.

• Proper execution of orders according to the planned `Time and Action Plan` on a regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.

• Performing any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
