Responsibilities & Context:
1. Set up and operate oval printing machines according to job requirements.
2. Adjust machine parameters (speed, pressure, alignment) for optimal performance.
3. Ensure correct color matching and print quality as per approved sample.
4. Monitor production process and perform regular quality checks.
5. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance for major problems.
6. Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area.
7. Ensure proper use of inks, chemicals, and materials.
8. Follow SOP, safety guidelines, and compliance standards.
9. Maintain production records and daily reports.
10. Support new design/sample development when required.
