Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 10–12 years of experience in HR, Admin, and Compliance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Prior experience in the RMG (Ready-Made Garment) or textile industry is strongly preferred
In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and factory compliance standards
Proven experience handling buyer audits and social compliance certifications
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multi-site operations effectively
Human Resources
Develop and implement group-wide HR policies, procedures, and strategies
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention across all units
Manage compensation & benefits structures and ensure pay equity
Lead training and development initiatives for factory floor staff and management
Handle disciplinary proceedings, grievance management, and employee relations
Administration
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of all production units
Manage transport, facility, and logistics support functions across the group
Supervise admin teams stationed at each unit and ensure operational efficiency
Control administrative budgets and vendor relationships
Compliance
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and all applicable regulations
Maintain and renew all factory licenses, certifications, and legal registrations
Lead audit readiness for social compliance audits (BGMEA, BKMEA, buyer audits, fire & safety inspections)
Coordinate with legal counsel on labour disputes and regulatory matters
Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all units
Maintain buyer code of conduct compliance across the Sewing, Washing, and Sweater Units
