Experience:

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Washing Factory

• Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Master`s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Law or a related discipline

• PGDHRM or LLB will be an added advantage

• Compliance or lead auditor training (SA8000, amfori BSCI, ISO 45001/14001) preferred

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Washing Factory

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• 12–15 years of experience in HR, Admin & Compliance in the RMG/textile industry

• At least 3–5 years in a senior role (DGM/AGM/Head of Compliance)

• Mandatory: proven track record of obtaining and maintaining Inditex approval for sewing and/or washing facilities

• Experience with denim and garment washing units (ETP, chemical management, ZDHC) strongly preferred

• Lead Inditex supplier approval and ongoing compliance for sewing and washing units, including Inditex social audits, Code of Conduct for Manufacturers & Suppliers, Green to Wear (wet processing/environmental), Clear to Wear, and chemical compliance under The List by Inditex

• Prepare facilities for initial, follow-up and unannounced audits, and close Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) within buyer timelines

• Maintain accurate facility and traceability disclosure; make sure no unauthorized subcontracting happens

• Manage other buyer and third-party audits, including amfori BSCI, WRAP, Sedex/SMETA, Higg FEM/FSLM, and brand-specific social and environmental audits

• Oversee chemical management, ETP compliance and wastewater testing for the washing plant in line with ZDHC MRSL and Wastewater Guidelines

• Ensure fire, electrical and structural safety compliance under RSC requirements, and maintain LEED and other certification documentation

• Keep all licenses, permits and renewals current (factory license, fire license, environmental clearance, boiler certificates, etc.)
