Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for hourly efficiency and output to ensure consistency of production
Process wise increase productivity
Update all the requirement info to Leader.
Max Ship (Cut to Ship), On-time PO closing
Ensure availability of work force, machine and material to run line smoothly.
To take preparation on upcoming style & take special care on QCO time.
Attend PP meeting & provide necessary instruction to the Leaders
To maintains pack quality standard and follow the customer requirement
Ensure proper line balancing with align of IED personnel
Follow up traffic light system by operation to ensure product quality.
Monitor the quality of the product and ensure deadlines are met.
To arrange training for all low performing operator with the support of technician and trainer.
Ensure all Style wise PO cutting to packing so that it is possible to ensure best on LCHD.
Ensure 6S, product safety and discipline be fully applied in Sewing
