• Working experience on Denim Factory in any reputed organization.

• Capable to work under pressure.

• At least 5 years working experience as a Production Manager in any reputed company.

• Have good knowledge on computer application.

• Ability to handle at least 10 sewing lines.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Responsibilities:
  Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.

• Manage all task for smooth production, smooth inspection pass and on time shipment.

• Setup sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.

• To prepare production plans weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Manage the effective utilization of fabric & accessories without wastage.

• To coordinate with the quality team so that defective or faulty goods are not produced.

• Have a pre-production sample prepared and compared with the originally approved sample.

• Ensure to pursue the right works, quality, and maintenance standards.

• Make the right evaluation of the performance of subordinates. To take care of the worker`s safety and welfare.

• Attend the pre-production meetings & provide relevant inputs for the production plan.

• Plan and organize machine allocation and materials basis the production schedules.

• To make the proper manpower planning and make the line wise sewing plan daily.

• Responsible for collecting daily efficiency target from IE department.

• Responsible for execution, monitoring & evaluation of Sewing plan.

• Responsible for achieving hourly production target, maintain reporting & applying new tools for enhancing production.

• Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in work place to ensure zero Non Compliance.

• Work for Zero defect and Zero short shipment.

• To take the challenge for cost effective management.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
