Job Context:
Tusuka is a 100% export oriented garment manufacturing company at RMG sector in Bangladesh and looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take the challenges to deliver high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
Should be able to handle and fix all kinds of sewing machines.
Should be able to handle and trouble shoot and fix electro mechanical devices of automatic and semi-automatic sewing machines.
Should be able to keep records of all machineries of the cutting, sewing and finishing floors.
Should be able to maintain logs of periodical machine maintenance of the machines.
Coordinate with the Industrial Engineering (IE) and Production teams to design machine layouts and ensure proper line balancing.
To maintain compliance with workplace safety mandates like the Accord/RSC and local building codes.
Stay updated with the latest technologies in industrial sewing, finishing, and automation systems.
Perform any other technical duties assigned by management.
