• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age 24 to 28 years

• Must have knowledge on computer applications.

• Excellent visual sense.

• Good Communication skills both Bengali and English.

• Ethical thinking and proactive.

• Can work well in a team and support others when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source out fab or doing replica of buyer's fab quality.

• Trim's development and getting approval.

• Wash Development & getting approval.

• Safety issue checking.

• Sample requisition & follow up.

• Gmt Fitting (FIT+S/S) approval.

• Pre-Production sampling & getting approval.

• Trims Booking & Delivery Negotiation.

• Trim work sheet making & proper updating.

• Follow up per Testing requirement.

• Import & ETA (factory) follow up.

• Inventory collection & Checking.

• Follow up on shortage (if any in inventory or…).

• Swatch card approval.

• On-time Folder handling over to Production team.

• Daily production (sewing/washing/Finishing) follow up.

• In-Line Inspection report checking.

• Photo/ FS / Shipping sample follow up.

• Packing list submit to commercial.

• Record Keeping & proper filling.

• WIP/ PSS / any update in Web base application.

• Style creation in FR system/ Extreme software.

• Mobile bill
• Salary Review: Yearly
