Responsibilities & Context:
Support merchandising activities for Woven Outerwear, particularly Quilting and Seam Sealing Jackets, from sample development to shipment. Ensure smooth coordination with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to achieve on-time delivery while maintaining required quality and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in handling Woven Outerwear (Quilting & Seam Sealing Jacket) orders from development to shipment.
Follow up on sample development (Proto, Fit, PP, Size Set, Production).
Coordinate with buyers and internal teams regarding sample approvals and order updates.
Maintain and update Time & Action (T&A) plans regularly.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time availability of fabrics, trims, and seam sealing materials.
Monitor production progress and ensure alignment with approved samples and specifications.
Support in resolving production and material-related issues.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and order records.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure required quality standards are met.
Ensure on-time shipment by closely tracking production and delivery schedules.
