Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor daily inspection booking requests in the inspection system/platform
Coordinate and follow up with vendors and buyers for inspection booking confirmations and approvals
Maintain and update QC inspection schedules in Excel and internal tracking systems
Ensure all QC data is accurately entered, updated, and maintained
Prepare and update QC inspection reports as required
Communicate inspection updates and instructions through internal communication groups
Support QC team in administrative and coordination tasks related to inspection planning
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all inspection activities
